(a)
Any horse which is the subject
of a transfer of ownership or stable after the running of the first race in
this series of race other than by way of a valid claim, will cease to be
eligible for any additional points towards the bonus prize for any of its new
owners, trainers or groom.
However, the horse will be eligible for the purse moneys assigned to each subsequent race.
(b) The identity of the groom of any entrant in this series of races
shall be declared by the trainer at the nomination stage of each race. The promoter reserves the right to
disqualify from bonus points any trainer or groom of any horses previously

the memory of her late husband NIGEL B. NUNES who was Champion Trainer in 1975
and who in his short career conditioned outstanding horses such as BALLADIER
(1972 Derby GR.IR), LUCKY OLE SON (1979 Derby GR.IR), and the brilliant filly
HOT LINE (Horse-Of-The-Year 1976. He also has the distinction of saddling four
(4) winners of the prestigious Jamaica Oaks (GR.IR), in FAIRY QUEEN (1975), HOT
LINE (1976), GRATEFUL PRINCESS (1978) and TRUE COLOURS (1979); NIGEL B. NUNES
is also and an Inductee into The Jamaica Thoroughbred Racing Hall-Of-Fame. The
Trophy will be presented to the owner of the winner, who will receive outright
a trophy valued at $4,000 donated by CAYMANAS TRACK LIMITED.
